We follow clear timelines, trusted partners, and transparent communication so you always know where your order is.
Processing Time
Ready‑to‑ship items are processed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Pre‑order items may take 7–15 working days for processing, as they are produced or sourced specially for your order. Estimated delivery will be shared once the order is dispatched.
Shipping Partners
We collaborate with trusted logistics partners, including BlueDart, Amazon, Xpressbees, Ekart, Ecom, and Delhivery, to deliver your orders efficiently across India.
The exact courier may vary based on your location and order type. You can identify the partner from the tracking details in the shipping email or SMS.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Non‑Metros and Interiors: 4–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary slightly based on your pin code, festive season, and courier performance. Express or priority options may be available at checkout for select locations.
Tracking Details
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. The tracking link will show real‑time updates from pickup to delivery, including current location and expected delivery window.
You can also track your order on the website using your Order ID and registered email address. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Unforeseen Delays
While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, factors such as weather conditions, strikes, customs clearances (if applicable), and courier operational issues may occasionally impact delivery times.
In case of any delay, we will keep you informed through email or WhatsApp. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, our team will work with the courier to resolve the issue or suggest suitable alternatives.
Shipping Charges
For orders within India, shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order value. Charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Free shipping or special shipping offers may be run during promotions, and these will be mentioned explicitly on the product or cart page. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small handling fee, as mentioned in the overall Terms & Conditions.
New Shipping Rules
- Orders shipped to areas with known delivery challenges (very remote or hard‑to‑reach regions) may take longer than standard timelines.
- Double‑check your shipping address and contact number at checkout. Once the order is shipped, changes to the delivery address cannot be made.
- We are not liable for delays once the package is handed over to the courier. However, we will support you in tracking and escalating any serious issues.
- Delivered orders that are not collected during the courier’s first attempt may be held at the local facility. You may need to pay extra charges for rescheduling or redelivery, as per the courier’s policy.
