Exchange/Refund

  • Request refunds or exchanges within 3 days of delivery and notify us after receiving the product. For assistance, kindly email us at help@gogirlish.com.
  • If the customer requests cancellation within 24 hours, it is possible unless the product has already been dispatched within that time
  • For reverse pickups, ensure the product is in intact condition in its original packaging, with the invoice/bill included.
  • We prioritize excellent customer service and arrange reverse pickups within 1-2 days. The pickup should be completed in one go. If the pickup is canceled by you, you will need to either courier the product back to us or pay the charges to re-arrange it.
  • Only hand over products to the pickup person for which you raised a return/exchange request. Any additional products will be sent back to you.
  • Refund amounts will be transferred within 48-72 hours after passing the quality check process at our warehouse.
  • Refunds are provided only through bank account details.
  • For COD orders, the refund amount will be processed after deducting COD charges.
  • For the exchange/replacement process, kindly provide us with order details via email, including an image of the received product along with the bill. After the reverse pickup, we will send your replacement within 3-5 working days.
  • Products purchased during a BUY1 GET1 or SALE promotion are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
  • We only provide assistance between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Products purchased with store credits or those that are themselves replacements are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
  • If an incorrect order is placed, the customer is responsible for shipping the products back to our warehouse or paying a shipping fee of ₹200 for us to deliver the correct product.
  • We ensure all our products are packed well, but if any problems arise, please record a video while unboxing to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • We pack all products with love and care, but sometimes they may get damaged/defective in transit. In such cases, we dispatch new products within 24 hours to ensure your satisfaction.
  • We are unable to modify/cancel your order if the shipment is already in transit. However, once you receive the product, you can exchange it within 1 day.
  • If the customer has quality concerns, we will not exchange the case as it is stated on our website that images may differ
NOTE: NO REFUND ELIGIBILITY IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
  • Self-Placed Wrong Order: If you ordered the wrong model or product, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping.
  • BUY1 GET1 Offer or SALE Items: Purchases made under these promotions are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
  • Damage/Defective/Missing Items: We will promptly ship a new product. While our products undergo several quality control checks, we do not offer refunds for such instances.
  • Cancellations: No cancellations are permitted once the product has been delivered. However, we are happy to offer store credit for your future purchases.
  • Not as Advertised: If you find that the product doesn't match the advertisement, please understand that we've tried our hardest to show it as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns in this situation.
  • Products Priced at 599/- or Below: These products are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
